Four finds I keep coming back to

These are products I’ve actually used. Here’s why they earned a place on my list. I haven’t added shopping links yet; I’ll add clearly labeled affiliate links once I’ve confirmed the exact listings.

Home & outdoors

Web Eater Spider Web Dissolver & Outdoor Repellent

Why I like it: I’ve purchased Web Eater twice. It’s one of my favorite finds for dealing with spider webs around the outside of the house.

Good to know: Read and follow the product label, including precautions for plants, pets, people, and outdoor surfaces.

Everyday hydration

Nuun Zero Sugar Hydration Tablets

Why I like them: I use these electrolyte tablets as part of my routine. I especially appreciate that they’re zero sugar, gluten-free, and vegan.

Good to know: Check the label for sodium and other electrolyte amounts if you have dietary or medical restrictions.

My routine

Pure Encapsulations Magnesium (Citrate) — 180 Capsules

Why I like it: I tried other brands and still experienced nighttime leg cramps. This is the magnesium product I’ve continued using, and in my experience it’s been helpful.

Good to know: Magnesium supplements aren’t right for everyone; ask a healthcare professional about recurring cramps or supplement interactions.

Extra comfort

Epsom-It Soothing Muscle Magnesium Lotion

Why I like it: During a period when my legs and feet were bothering me, I rubbed this lotion on both for a couple of months. When the cramps settled down, I stopped using the lotion but continued my magnesium and electrolyte routine.

Good to know: That’s my personal experience, not proof that the lotion treats leg cramps. Use as directed on the label.

A note on wellness: These are personal favorites, not medical recommendations. Persistent, severe, or changing leg cramps deserve medical attention. Always check product directions and speak with your clinician about supplements if you take medications or have health conditions.
